Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our priority. Learn how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Last Updated: August 2026

At Mercury Technology Solution, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, fill out a form, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, company information, and any other information you choose to provide. We also automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our platform.

How We Protect Your Data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to personalize your experience. We may also use aggregated data for analytics and research purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

When you arrive from a Google Ad, we store a first-party cookie (_mts_gcl) with the Google click identifier (GCLID, and on iOS GBRAID/WBRAID) and related campaign parameters for up to 90 days. We also load Google Analytics 4 and, when configured, the Google Ads tag. These tools set their own first-party cookies (including Google Conversion Linker cookies such as _gcl_aw) so we can measure visits, attribute form submissions to an ad click, and build remarketing audiences. If you submit a form, we may send a hashed copy of your email to Google as an Enhanced Conversion so measurement still works when cookies are limited. We do not put your name or email in the click-id cookie. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may reduce attribution accuracy. A consent banner with Google Consent Mode will follow for visitors in regions that require it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. You may also have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
